When will my international order be shipped?All international orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days following orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders may be subject to credit card verification before shipping.

When will my package arrive?PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT the amount of time it will take for your package to get to you. This only estimates how long it will take for your package to reach your country's customs. Customs clearance may take several days to several weeks depending on a variety of factors.

What type of commercial invoice or declaration do you use for international order?For international orders shipped by FedEx we use FedEx commercial invoice. For orders shipped by USPS Express mail we use the USPS special custom declaration form. We declare all packages shipping internationally as their actual paid value, and the contents will be described as "Food Supplements for Digestion". Many countries regulate supplement imports, we advise checking rules & regulations implemented in your country prior to placing your order.

How much is the international shipping cost?All orders via FedEx Shipping have rates set by FedEx and are based on shipping class, weight, and destination. All orders shipped by USPS Express Mail up to 1-5 pounds have a flat fee of $65 (USD).

Who is responsible for any type of duty, taxes, tariffs, or fees levied?The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees levied.

Who is responsible if the package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs?Foods For Gut is not responsible for any type of packages being lost, damaged, or seized by customs. If a package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs, the customer assumes all responsibility, including shipping fees. We advise checking rules & regulations implemented in your country prior to placing your order.

What Holidays are observed by Foods for Gut?We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, President’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. No orders will be processed or shipped during holidays.

How much is the shipping?All orders within the United States are free via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2nd day delivery. All wholesale discounted orders must be shipped via FedEx and shipping cost will be based on the size and the weight of the package. Additionally, we would like to let our wholesalers know that we do not profit from shipping. We apply all discounts offered by FedEx to our clients.

When will my order arrive?All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail will be delivered within 2-3 business days after leaving our facility. All orders shipped by FedEx 2nd Day service will have a guaranteed 2 business days delivery within U.S. after leaving our facility. Our business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.

When my domestic order will be shipped?All domestic/International orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of placing the order Monday through Friday.

Which shipping carries does Foods for Gut use?We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. Free shipping is only offered for domestic orders. All international shipments are subject to shipping cost.

Do you offer overnight shipping?Yes, we offer Overnight shipping across the U.S. for a flat fee. Overnight shipping is available for a flat fee of $39.99. No Saturday and Sunday delivery available. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Do you require signature upon delivery?Foods For Gut does not require a signature on most orders. If we request Signature Confirmation, we will contact you before your order ships for approval. Customers who deny our Signature Confirmation request will assume full responsibility in case of any loss or damage. There will be no refund or substitute for customer orders including any shipping fees.

Do you ship to addresses other than billing addresses such as hotels, resorts, and vacation homes?Yes, we do ship to those addresses. Some orders may be subject to credit card verification before shipping.

Do you ship to a P.O box address?Yes, we ship via USPS Priority Mail only.

Do you ship to APO or FPO?Yes, we are honored to serve those that serve and protect our nation. We ship all APO/FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail Service. When you enter your shipping address, specify the United States as your country, regardless of which country you are stationed or located in when using an APO/FPO address. ​ We also offer Free Shipping to all APO/FPO addresses.
